SBI Recruitment Project-2012:

Recruitment of Clerks,PO and other Specialist Officers in State Bank of India under SBI Recruitment Project-2012:



State Bank of India, with Headquarters in Mumbai and the number one public sector bank in India with the largest network of 16000 branches .State bank of India was founded on 1st July 2011.SBI is one of the 4th largest public sector banks in India along with ICICI,HDFC and Punjab National Bank.

Career in Banking Sector: In the coming two to three years there will be a huge boom for recruitment in banking sector as the 28 nationalized banks of India will have to recruit 2, 11,622 new employees in the next two and half years in order to connect more than 72000 villages to banking services by March 2012.

The Nationalized banks require 99,674 personnel as clerks ,85,602 personnel as Officers and rest 26,346 as subordinate staff

SBI Recruitment 2012: SBI is facing a huge shortage of employees with its ever growing network of branches and services.SBI will have to recruit 33,050 personnel (Including 25900 clerks and 5400 Officers) From time to time SBI is conducting recruitment for the selection of Clerks,Probationary Officers and other Specialist Officers under different Pay-Scales.

SBI will soon announce its Recruitment project-2012.The recruitment project 2012 of SBI will soon invite application for the recruitment of Clerks PO and specialist Officers.Whenever there is a recruitment drive conducted by SBI the notification regarding the recruitment will be published on the Official website of SBI (www.sbi.co.in) and in the employment News paper.

In 2012 SBI is excepted to issue notification regarding the recruitment under the categories mentioned below:
